At Kick Off Tees, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn or damaged by the customer

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
